1. POLAR.SH AS RELATIONSHIP CONTROLLER & RESELLER

The Deslop software is marketed and legally resold via Polar.sh (Polar Signals Inc.), acting as our Merchant of Record.

Account & Transaction Processing: Polar.sh maintains direct control over user account creation, customer authentication routines, subscription states, and credit card processing.
Data Insulation: Ivy Apps Ltd does not host or store your personal identity profiles, email databases, cleartext credentials, or financial accounts on our own independent servers. Your account data is governed directly by Polar's Privacy Policy at polar.sh/legal/privacy.

2. DISCLOSURE OF PROCESSING ACTIVITIES

A. License Validation & Core Operations (Current)

Data Types: Unique license key strings, total execution run counts, and basic system environment flags.
Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract. This data passes dynamically through Polar.sh verification endpoints strictly to confirm your subscription status, allocate usage limits, and enforce commercial paywalls.

B. Marketing & Telemetry Upgrades (Future-Proofing Framework)

Website Monitoring: We reserve the right to implement privacy-preserving web analytics engines on deslop.dev (such as cookie-less, aggregated metric trackers) to count unique visitor numbers without harvesting personal identifiers.
Anonymized CLI Telemetry: Future iterations of the CLI binary may include localized performance diagnostics (e.g., execution speeds, error exceptions). Any such future collection will be strictly aggregate, completely decoupled from personal accounts, and built under our Legitimate Interests to maintain software stability.

3. DATA ACCESS, DELETION, AND GDPR COMPLIANCE

Because our current technical infrastructure is completely insulated from your account data, Ivy Apps Ltd lacks the mechanical ability to access, modify, or permanently delete your customer records.

To exercise your statutory data rights under the GDPR (including data portability, correction, or total erasure), you must execute these requests through your customer dashboard directly on Polar.sh or contact their processing desk at support@polar.sh. Any data deletion requests sent directly to Ivy Apps Ltd will be redirected to Polar's management platform.

4. FUTURE EDITIONS AND UPDATES (VERSION CONTROLS)

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy as our software matures. If we change our data footprint or initiate direct data hosting, we will publish a new version of this policy (e.g., version v2.0) at an explicit, public-facing route (such as deslop.dev/privacy/v2).

Your continued installation of updated CLI tool variants or subsequent logins to your account following the publication of a revised version constitutes your structural acknowledgment of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the processing parameters of updated policy versions, you must terminate your account and discontinue use of the Software.
